zZzZzZ...

sleep..
a little thing who everybody like..
every where and every place..

we need 8 hours sleep to keep our body fit..
don't think that sleep is an activity who don'it have a positive effect for us..

dampak dari tidur :
1. Tidur dapat memperbaiki tekanan darah
2. Menurunkan risiko kanker
3. Mengurangi stress
4. Meredakan peradangan
5. Membantu daya ingat
6. Mempertajam kecerdasan
7. Mengurangi depresi
8. Membantu tubuh memperbaiki sel yang rusak



so lets we keep healthy with sleep...
